Library Settlement Program
New Canadians' Centre of Excellence
Inc. Library Settlement Partnership service engages local residents with one on-one settlement information and referral, group settlement information and referral, and access to other
community agencies and services. The Library Settlement Partnership services are culturally appropriate, based on client needs, which promote community participation. These services
are accessible at Windsor Public Library branches at Central, Forest Glade and Sandwich. LSP Settlement Workers provide multilingual information and referral to library resources, government programs, and other community services for the benefit of enhancing program
delivery to local residents. All LSP services and childcare are available at no cost.
