Manager, Strategic Planning, Priorities & Marketing
The Manager, Strategic Planning, Priorities & Marketing plans, develops, executes and measures the effectiveness of strategic planning, marketing and fundraising strategies and related business plans that are aligned to Windsor Public Library’s strategic and financial goals.
The Manager is instrumental in assisting the CEO and Board execute the strategic plan and implementing a process to monitor and review the priority action items to ensure they are being met. He is responsible for all marketing and communications initiatives, the development of marketing plans, the website and intranet. An important function of this role will be a heightened involvement in leading WPL fundraising initiatives, setting fund raising priorities and liaison with the WPL Foundation. Building Operations and Windsor’s Community Archives report to the Manager, Strategic Planning, Priorities & Marketing.
