Holly Dougall

Ms. Dougall has contributed with enthusiasm and commitment to every organization she has worked or volunteered for – particularly in the areas of leadership, organizational skill and communication – and her tenure on the Windsor Public Library Board will be no different.

An educator, with degrees from the Universities of Toronto, Windsor and Spring Arbor in Michigan, this citizen Board member believes that public libraries play a significant role and stand out as beacons of knowledge within the community. She believes her knowledge, experience and passion for literacy will be a good fit for the WPL Board.

Favourites books include The Architecture of Happiness by Alain de Botton, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou and Play it as It Lays by Joan Didion.
