I cannot log into my account.
When I try to sign in I get this error message: The username or PIN is incorrect. Please try again
Then when I try to use the forgot password feature and get the email form the library and try to reset my password I get this message:
INVALID_USERNAME_OR_PASSWORD
I would suggest you send us an email here outlining your issue. A staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your interest Judy. Contact us by phone at 519-990-1517 with your name, library card number, address and phone number as well as a brief description of the types of materials you are interested in borrowing. From there our staff will put together a personalized care package tailored to your tastes, and have it delivered directly to your doorstep. Deliveries will be left outside your home, and you’ll receive a call from our driver when your delivery has arrived.
