The next Windsor Public Library Board meeting will take place at 4:30pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 in Room 204 – 350 City Hall Square W.
Members of the public are welcome to attend unless specified otherwise.

Presentations and Delegations
Any person or organization wishing to appear before the Board shall submit a written request, including subject matter to be addressed, no less than 3 days prior to the meeting. Delegations will be allocated five minutes to address items which are before the Board. Requests can be sent to the Board Secretary, kkadour@citywindsor.ca, to be added to the agenda.

WPL Policies Amendment/Triennial Review
All WPL policies are reviewed by the Windsor Public Library Board (WPLB) on a three-year cycle. After initial review and approval in principle by the Board, draft policies are posted on the WPL website for public feedback. Following the comment period, policies are formally adopted by a two-thirds majority vote at a duly constituted Board meeting and then published on the website.
This year, the Foundation Policies were reviewed. The Windsor Public Library Board approved all amendments at the November 18, 2025 meeting. The next review will take place in the fall 2026.
