Board Meetings:
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 18, 20123 at 4:00 pm, followed by the Regular Board Meeting at 4:30 pm at the Budimir Branch, 1310 Grand Marais Road West, Windsor.

Presentations and Delegations
Any person or organization wishing to appear before the Board shall submit a written request, including subject matter to be addressed, to the Secretary of the Board no less than 3 days prior to the meeting. Delegations will be allocated five minutes to address items which are before the Board and on the agenda.

Policies
WPL Policy Amendment/Triennial Review
Amendments to Windsor Public Library Policies were reviewed and approved in principle by the WPL Board during the public board meeting on September 20, 2022, as part of the Triennial Review process. The revised policies will be posted for 21 days to allow for public comment, before being formally accepted by the Board during the next WPL Board meeting.
