ILLO Overdue: The loan period is determined by the LENDING library, and is subject to their renewal policies. Renewals are granted at the discretion of the lending library. When items have been overdue for 42 days, they are deemed to be LOST, and the user’s card is billed for the cost of the item. These accounts will be referred to a Collection Agency if not promptly dealt with.
