The new bookmobile is equipped to offer the same services as a regular library branch, including book lending, digital resources, and various programs for all ages.
The Bookmobile schedule can also be found in the Events Calendar.

locations in 2026. Hours of operation are also standardized as noon to 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10 am to 6 pm on all other days.

Windsor Public Library is moving our digital magazines from RBdigital to OverDrive’s award-winning Libby application. You will continue to be able to browse, borrow, and enjoy all the same great magazines you loved in the RBdigital app plus many more!  Over 3,000 popular magazines are now available to download and read on any device 24/7. Digital magazines through Libby have no wait lists or holds, do not count towards checkout limits and provide readers the option to renew their selections. Computer Access Available at All Branches

As of next Monday (August 17), public computer access will be available at all WPL branches – with Chisholm, Forest Glade and Seminole joining the list of locations already offering the service. All public access computer stations are separated by Plexiglas dividers and social distancing between stations is in effect – resulting in a reduced number of computers in operation. Central Branch Opens Doors For Public Computer Use

Effective Monday, July 27, Central Branch (185 Ouellette Avenue) of Windsor Public Library will open for customers wanting computer and internet access.  The trial period will run through Friday, July 31, at which time a decision will be made on the feasibility and practicality of gradually opening the doors at all branches.  It should be noted that Central Branch will ONLY open for computer access.
