WPL Black History Month Celebration

Histo-cultural presenter Kim Elliott will give a 90-minute multi-media presentation on local AfriCanadian History as part of the WPL Black History Month celebration. As a direct descendent of early Underground Railroad Slave Refugees and Black Loyalists that defended the Upper Canada frontier in the Fort Detroit  and Fort Malden region, he has an interesting and informative perspective.

The presentation will take place Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at 6:00 pm, at Forest Glade Library (3211 Forest Glade Drive).  All are welcome.
