Consumer Reports is no longer available through Flipster. Instead, we’ve upgraded to a more powerful, easy-to-use platform: ConsumerReports.org.
Why the Change?
The new online platform gives customers a searchable, user-friendly interface—one of the biggest reasons for the switch. You can now quickly look up ratings for thousands of products, from electronics and appliances to home and garden tools, baby gear, kids’ items, and more.

After logging into ConsumerReports.org, simply scroll to the bottom of the homepage and look under “Resources.” There, you’ll find access to the digital magazine version.
How to Access
Visit the WPL website, navigate to our E-Resources, and click Consumer Reports in the Magazines section. All you need is your library card.
