February is Black History Month

The Windsor Public Library is ready to expand service and take the guesswork out of operating hours in 2025. Beginning this Sunday, January 5, 2025, nine branches will be open seven days a week, and hours of operation will be standardized across the board. Libraries across Windsor will switch to what has traditionally been labeled Winter hours on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
